The building charges a registration fee of USD $50 per guest, paid directly at the front desk on arrival. A married couple is charged a single $50 fee for the two of them. On arrival, please go to the front desk, where you will be asked for a valid government-issued photo ID to pick up your keys. The front desk is staffed 24/7. After the reservation is confirmed, the property manager will send the guest details to the building lobby, including the unit number, length of stay, guest ID, phone number, and email address. Once registered, guests will have 24/7 access to the lobby and will receive hotel-style building entry during their stay.
